Low Season - from £750 - £800 per week

 

Mid Season  -  from £800 - £850 per week

Prices are inclusive of Florida State Taxes.

There is a minimum length of stay depending on time of year - please enquire for details. 

 

Bookings of less than 8 nights will incur a £100 end of stay cleaning charge. Stays of 8 nights or more are inclusive of end of stay cleaning charge.

 

A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking, along with a completed booking form.

Final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival

A security deposit of £300 is required with final balance and will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory report from the Management Company. 

​

Heating of the pool is an optional extra and is usually necessary from November until April. Heating is set at 84f. Please enquire for pool heating prices as these vary depending on time of year.
